Electroclash's 14 ½ minutes of fame brought scores of European synth groups to the attention of a British public who, by and large, decided they had silly hair and opted to ignore them in favour of The Strokes. Treat Me Better by Germany's Northern Lite was de rigueur on fashionable compilations at the time but the group have failed to attract much interest over here since. Their Temper album of 2005 is really quite good though and features the excellent Go With The Flow which sounds a bit like a neo-pop Queens Of The Stone Age.
